For more than a decade, he has been leading and assisting various Editorial and Media Marketing & External Communication teams. Niloy’s core responsibility has been to develop a brand voice and create stylistic guidelines. He works with Senior Editors to help editorial teams employ innovative and trend-setting guidelines, implying a strong and intuitive success approach. He has been involved in managing the Editorial Rooms and cultivating decisive editorial decisions with senior editors. In collaboration with his Content Analysts and marketing approach, he consistently delineates modern media style guides and disseminates them accordingly. He is also sports-obsessed; while others love to watch, he can be found trying his hand at various outdoor sports.

Saikat Surai is a Multimedia Systems Designer, Spatial Director and Design Consultant, whose career spans over twenty-five years. He has taught, given workshops and is the architect of many visual and organizational programs.
He has exhibited across the country as well as in South East Asia and Europe.

Creative by nature, unpredictable by instinct, and firmly result-oriented in execution. With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in creating impactful visual stories that blend aesthetics with purpose.

My work spans Fashion, Food, and Documentary photography, collaborating with reputed brands and institutions such as Nikon, AriesX, Ramkrishna Mission, Bijoli Grill, Smile Foundation, Navodaya Vidyalaya, and Howrah Museum.

One of my proudest milestones includes having my photograph featured on the cover of Better Photography Magazine. I’ve also had the honor of meeting legendary filmmaker Mrinal Sen and receiving his appreciation—an unforgettable moment in my creative journey.

Beyond commercial work, I am deeply involved in coaching aspiring photographers, helping them develop both technical skills and creative vision.

Utilizing data analytics, he designs targeted messaging, oversees media strategies, and drives outreach efforts. Having collaborated with prominent leaders like Dilip Ghosh, Shantanu Thakur, and Chirag Paswan, his expertise in voter analysis and crisis management distinguishes him as a dynamic strategist.

Zaif is a development professional with a strong background in policy planning, in my professional journey has equipped me with a robust set of skills. He worked with Indian political action committee in the elementary foundation of Jan Suraaj Party, In states like-Rajasthan and Odisha for democratic and policy level grassroot capacity building. Along with an assoication of professionals and fellows to generate project insights & in Jhansi Smart City Limited. He was instrumental in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), that streamlined the operations of the Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC). Recently, He joined IIT Delhi as research associate for working on research projects.
